IP Access provides upgrades to dedicated bandwidth on demand with a service level agreement of 2 hours based on availability. RedPHONE is a voice service that operates between satellite nodes and is routed over the IP Access SELECT Network completely independent of PSTN. Once part of the community, users will have access to a web-based online directory, showing the status and extension of other RedPHONE subscribers. Provided at no cost to all qualifying agencies.
In addition to our RedPHONE Voice Service, IP Access offers our customers: Hosted Voice and SIP Trunking. Hosted Voice supplies dial tone, 10 digit DID in area code of your choice, and basic calling features such as call waiting, 3-way calling, caller ID, call forwarding, and voicemail. With SIP Trunk service, a customer is able to register their own voice equipment to the system once and all inbound calls are passed through. The customer’s voice equipment then determines how the calls are routed to individual extensions. Backed by our advanced and extensive satellite coverage, our Voice Over IP (VoIP) solutions guarantee high-quality calls without connectivity issues and network congestion.
